Tearout Machine

Reece Flooring is able to do those large or difficult tearouts that seem almost impossible, with our Lightning flooring removal machine (by OEM Products, Inc). The Lightning weighs 2000 lbs, is less than 30 inches wide, and allows us to complete removal with ease. The size of the machine is great for maneuvering through narrow doors. We can remove VCT, glue down carpet, glue down wood and ceramic tile. This machine can shorten the time needed for tearout, which allows quicker installation of the new floor.

Reece Flooring utilizes the Lightning flooring removal machine to quickly and easily remove a variety of flooring.

Construction dust can be a big problem when businesses decide to replace flooring. We go the extra mile by putting up plastic to contain the dust. We utilize Negative Air Machines in our work areas that help contain airborne dust and contaminants from reaching areas outside of the construction zone. The machines regenerate the air and pull the dust outside through ductwork, which greatly reduces the cleanup.
